Booking and Invoicing<\/b><\/p>

When booking your event with The Little Bar Cart, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. Please note, deposits are non-refundable. The balance needs to be finalised 7 days prior to your event date. Supply events also have a separate invoice component post-event, for beverages charged on-consumption. This is communicated clearly in the booking process.<\/p>

Cancellation or Refund<\/b><\/p>

Please note that booking deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event date, a further 25% of the booking fee will be payable to The Little Bar Cart. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the event date, no refunds will be given.<\/p>

Weather<\/b><\/p>

The Little Bar Cart, does not provide refunds in the case of bad weather. In the event of bad weather, it is the responsibility of the organiser to make alternative arrangements. The Little Bar Cart should be notified of these alternative arrangements as soon as possible.<\/p>

Power<\/b><\/p>

The Little Bar Cart does not require power to operate.<\/p>

Damage to The Little Bar Cart and\/or Property<\/b><\/p>

Any damage to the Cart or breakages of hire items must be paid for by the organiser. Replacement costs vary per item. Replacement glassware will be charged at $7+GST each.<\/p>

Location and Permission<\/b><\/p>

For events held in venues other than a private residence or a hired function venue, it is the responsibility of the organiser to obtain all liquor permits if required and any relevant permissions, then provide confirmation to The Little Bar Cart at least 30 days prior to the event.\u00a0<\/p>

Selling Events<\/b><\/p>

For events where we are going to be selling direct to customers, we reserve the right to exercise all obligations we have under the WA Liquor Act, in particular the refusal of service to intoxicated patrons or guests and also the refusal of service to minors.<\/p>

Client Supplied Drinks<\/b><\/p>

If the client is supplying their own drinks, the drinks must be already chilled when we arrive at the event. If this does not occur, a surcharge for extra ice may apply. This is to ensure the enjoyment of all guests.<\/p>

Refrigeration and Ice<\/b><\/p>

Ice can be supplied by either the host or The Little Bar Cart at a cost. Please refer to our pricing for 110L Insulated Esky and ice. For larger events, the host should consider refrigeration or mobile coolroom options. Additional ice is charged at $6.00 + GST per 5kg bag.\u00a0Events with cocktail service, require additional service ice.<\/p>

Staff<\/b><\/p>

For TLBC to be able to execute your event at the highest level of service we are renowned for, the appropriate amount of staff should be hired for your style of event and number of invited guests. For events with cocktail service, additional staff will be required.\u00a0As experienced\u00a0hospitality professionals, we will advise during the quoting process, how\u00a0many staff will be required to execute your event.<\/p>

Pack-up\/Bump-out<\/b><\/p>

Half an hour pack-up is included in your event. Generally, for most events, this is adequate. However, some events can be extremely busy, or access may be difficult making pack-up a little more challenging and additional time may be required. If necessary, additional time may be charged after your event. This will not exceed an additional half hour.<\/p>

Parking<\/b><\/p>

We require parking for a vehicle with trailer at the event. If parking is not available, we can arrange a drop and go service which will incur a surcharge of $120 + GST.<\/p>

Non-Street Level Event Space<\/b><\/p>

If your event space must be accessed via a lift or staircase, a $150.00 + GST surcharge will apply for additional time needed to move the cart and equipment to the location.<\/p>

Vehicle Access and Bump-in<\/b><\/p>

We require clear access at the venue to be able to bump-in the cart. For inner city locations such as high-rise buildings, please ensure we have a height clearance of at least 2.5 metres, to where we are required to load in from.<\/p>

Rubbish Removal<\/b><\/p>
