At Green Aura, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the details regarding our shipping processes.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Domestic: All states within the USA
  • International: Canada, UK, Australia, and selected European countries

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹200 – Delivery in 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: ₹500 – Delivery in 2-3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: ₹1,000 – Delivery in 10-15 business days
  • Express International Shipping: ₹2,500 – Delivery in 5-7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Green Aura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Green Aura is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Lost Packages

If you believe your package is missing or has been lost, please contact us at support@greenaura.com. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it.
