Equipped with glass door fridges, a fully equipped bar, customisable furniture options and a range of professional AV solutions (all included in hire), our event space comes fully staffed and stress free, so that all you need to do is bring the drinks, food and fun! We also have the ability to supply your event with drinks and food catering, just ask our friendly team for details.

What type of events does TLBC HQ Cater for?
Our modern industrial warehouse space is fully customisable and ideal for both private celebrations and corporate functions. Common events include birthdays, hens and bucks parties, engagements, product launches, networking evenings, team-building events and end-of-year celebrations.
Is TLBC HQ a BYO Venue or do you provide food and beverage packages?
The answer is both! You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks to our venue, and we provide plenty of fridge space and a fully equipped bar for your use. Alternatively if you’d prefer a hands off experience, our team can supply beverage and food catering packages tailored to your event. Reach out to our friendly team to discuss options.
Can I customise the space and décor for my event vision?
Yes absolutely! TLBC HQ’s urban warehouse space can act as a versatile blank canvas, ready for you to bring your vision to life. We have a range of premium furniture options in house, and you are welcome to bring in your own styling, florals, signage and personal touches to bring your celebrations to life.
What is included in the hire?
All events hosted at TLBC HQ include venue hire, our entire range of premium furniture options, glassware, the 3m x 4m projector screen and AV setup and, of course, your very own Little Bar Cart to serve all your drinks from. We also have a range of optional add-ons available such as cocktail bartenders, eskys & ice, food and beverage packages, and much more.
How many guests can TLBC HQ host and are there any time restrictions?
TLBC HQ can host events of up to 50 guests, to maximise the comfort and enjoyment of all present in our space. Events can be hosted at any time during the day, and the venue has a curfew of 12am (midnight) with the bar closing at 11.30pm. Hens & Bucks events have a maximum duration of 5 hours.
Where exactly is TLBC HQ?
TLBC HQ is situated conveniently in Osborne Park just east of the freeway, less than 10 minutes drive from the city and close to Glendalough train station. It is centrally located for convenience wherever your guests may be travelling from, and nothing is far away no matter where your night takes you.
