How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for spring and summer weddings and the busy period leading up to Christmas. However, last-minute bookings may still be available – contact us for more information.
Where can The Little Bar Cart go?
TLBC is an indoor and outdoor mobile bar service which can go almost anywhere, we can even fit inside an elevator. If you have questions about if TLBC can fit into your space, please contact us.
Who provides the alcohol and drinks?
We certainly can supply alcohol for your celebration or event, however you are also more than welcome to BYO drinks for us to serve. Let us know your beverage requirements and budget and we can customise a package to suit you.
Do you have a liquor licence?
Yes TLBC has access to a liquor licence and is able to host your events that require licencing. We work with our long-term beverage supply partner to take care of all of your requirements, please contact us to discuss how we can be of service at your celebration or event.

Can you make cocktails & mocktails?
Our wonderful team can create any cocktails you would like for your event – be they classics, or obscure favourites unique to you and your guests. We can also create exciting mocktail options for those who don’t drink alcohol, ensuring everyone feels included and welcome at your celebration.
Can you help us work out what drinks and ingredients to buy?
Absolutely! Once you’ve confirmed your drinks menu and number of guests, we can provide you with quantity recommendations to take out all of the stress and guesswork.
Are your staff trained and accredited?
All of our staff are highly trained in cocktail bartending, and all hold Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation in Western Australia.
Do you supply glassware?
Of course! TLBC has a range of premium glassware solutions, from our beautiful champagne flutes to your favourite cocktail glass. We also have a range of polycarbonate and eco-friendly disposable drinkware for events where glass isn’t suitable.
Are there any delivery or travel fees?
Delivery, setup, and pack-down is all included in your quoted pricing, and there are no additional fees charged for events held within 30 minutes of the metro area. TLBC is also happy to travel regionally to events, including weddings held in non-metro locations – please contact us for more information.
Do you require access to power?
TLBC is fully self-sufficient and requires no access to power outlets – the showpiece LED lighting that illuminates our workspace are powered by an internal battery pack that we provide.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date and cart. Should your event details or circumstances change, we can transfer your booking to another date free of charge. If you need to cancel the booking altogether, please contact us to discuss your situation and any potential refund. In any case, cancellations and refunds are covered in the Terms & Conditions signed during the booking process.
Do you have appropriate insurances?
Yes, we have both public liability and workers compensation insurance at a minimum.
