All products supplied by Starco are non-returnable once dispatched and accepted, except in cases of Verified product-related concerns.
As these are specialty chemicals, product performance may vary based on process conditions, water quality, machinery, and application methods.

In case of a complaint, customers are requested to share basic details such as:

3. Eligibility for Replacement / Credit
A replacement or credit may be considered under the following conditions:

- Material is damaged during transit (if shipped through our logistics)

- Notify us within 7 days of receipt of material

- Issue a credit note
- Provide technical guidance for process improvement
Monetary refunds are generally not applicable unless explicitly agreed.
7. Non-Eligible Cases
Claims may not be accepted in the following situations:
- Improper storage or handling of material
- Usage outside recommended conditions
- Issues arising from process, water quality, or machinery
- Claims raised after 7 days of delivery
8. Order Cancellation
Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
9. Recommendation
We strongly recommend trial approval before bulk purchase to ensure product suitability for your specific process.
